BIOGRAPHY

Brother Carter served his apprenticeship in Seattle Local 99 in 1980 (which later merged to become Local Union 66). After serving a four-year apprenticeship, Tim was a Field Foreman for MacDonald Miller Facility Solutions working on several major projects in the Puget Sound area. In addition to the above Brother Carter served in the following positions:

• 2015 – 2020- Business Manager LU #66
• 2015 – President and Trustee Northwest Regional Council

• Secretary on the Northwest Sheet Metal Workers Pension

• Chairman of the Western Washington Sheet Metal Training & Apprenticeship Program
