Dear Brothers and Sisters,

With the establishment of the Northwest Regional Council starting June 1, 2020, all Union dues after this date must be paid directly to the Northwest Regional Council. There are no dues Increases or changes. The dues rates will remain the same.  The only change is where the dues are processed and possibly the payment option. 

The method of dues payment options are as follows:

• Checks and Cashier’s Checks can be made out to the Northwest Regional Council and mailed directly to the Council Office: Northwest Regional Council of SMART 11831 Beverly Park Road B-2 Everett, WA  98204
• Bill pay through your Bank / use your IA Number or last 4 of SSN as account number and direct payment to the Council address: o Northwest Regional Council of SMART 11831 Beverly Park Road B-2 Everett, WA  98204
• Automatic Dues Withdrawal can be done through the Automatic Clearing House (ACH) process by filling out the ACH form (enclosed) attach a Voided check or printed deposit slip and return to the Council Office:
  • Northwest Regional Council of SMART 11831 Beverly Park Road B-2 Everett, WA  98204. This process gives the Council authorization to automatically withdraw dues from the member’s bank account on the 10th of each month. If you are currently on automatic ACH withdrawal with your local, a new form will need to be filled out to authorize the Council to perform this process.
• Pay Online with a Credit Card by going to the Council website or your Local Union website.

No cash will be accepted for any purpose at any Local Union hall or the Council office.

Credit cards will be the only method of payments excepted at the Local Union hall. There will be no Recurring Credit Card withdrawals/payments available. 

All official receipts must be written out of the Northwest Regional Council office.
